Guided by the expertise of a certified landscape architect (DPLG), the study phase allows you to thoughtfully refine your landscape project, much like an architect would. Whether it’s a small 50 m² garden, a park, or a large estate spanning hundreds of hectares, this phase is essential to ensure a coherent, high-quality, and enduring project.

The course of a project
study phase
This is the preliminary stage of the project, divided into three phases. The diagnosis establishes the needs and constraints. The sketch outlines the project principles. The preliminary project specifies the ambiance through visuals and spatial organization with a site plan.
TECHNICAL DESIGN
Upon approval of the study, the design phase begins. We refine the project with floor plans, planting plans, irrigation and lighting schematics, and a tree removal plan. We also prepare an initial estimate of the costs for implementation and maintenance.
CONSULTATION WITH COMPANIES
Following the validation of the design, we analyze the offers from different companies based on several criteria (costs, references, internal resources, proposals, etc.). This competitive process and decision-making lead to the selection of the companies that will carry out the project.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
We can assist with the monitoring of your construction site to ensure that the work is carried out according to the project and that it complies with the plan. Weekly site meetings, accompanied by detailed reports, allow us to monitor the project closely and adapt to unexpected issues while respecting the project's aesthetic.
MAINTENANCE MONITORING
We monitor the maintenance carried out by your gardeners. The comfort maintenance service is provided year-round and is renewable. We make up to three visits per year to guide you in managing the project's evolution. Each visit will be followed by a detailed report with recommendations for actions to be taken.
