A planning phase guided by the expertise of a DPLG landscape designer allows you to approach your landscape project with the confidence and finesse of an architect. Whether your project involves a small 50 m2 garden, a park, or several hundred hectares of land, this time is critical for carrying out a coherent, qualitative plan that will stand the test of time.
Each project is a clever combination of smart solutions.

Initial Step of the Project: This phase is divided into three stages. The diagnostic phase identifies needs and constraints. The sketch phase outlines the project principles. The preliminary project phase details the ambiances through visuals and spatial organization using a master plan.
Upon approval of the study, the design phase begins. We refine the project with detailed ground plans, planting plans, irrigation and lighting schemes, and tree removal plans. We also establish an initial estimate of the construction and maintenance costs.
Following the approval of the design, we analyze the proposals from various companies based on numerous criteria (costs, references, internal resources, innovative capacity, etc.). This process of competitive bidding and decision-making leads to the selection of the companies that will be involved in the execution of the project.
We can help oversee your project to ensure that the work is completed to your specifications. Through weekly project meetings and detailed reports, we can finely control the project and adjust to unforeseen circumstances, while also ensuring the project’s aesthetics.
We monitor the maintenance service provided by your gardeners. This improvement service is offered year-round and can be renewed for additional years. We visit up to three times a year to help you manage your landscape over time. Each visit includes a detailed report outlining the actions that we recommend.
